Profit per order is after VAT, Amazon fees and stock cost, and includes any refunds on that order. Account charges like storage, advertising and subscription aren't split per order; they're on the Profit tab.

Units include stock available at Amazon, reserved (being moved or held for orders) and inbound. Resale value uses your average selling price over the last 30 days. Potential profit is what you'd keep selling all of it at that price, after VAT, Amazon fees and stock cost; it isn't earned until it sells. Days left counts available and inbound stock at your last-30-day sales rate. For suggested order quantities, see Reorder.
Shipments you've created or that changed in the last year. Tap one to see each product's units sent and received. Amazon can take a while to count a delivery, so wait until a shipment is closed before chasing missing units.

Return rate compares units returned in this period with units sold in it, so it's approximate: some returns are for earlier sales. "Back in stock" means Amazon graded the unit sellable and returned it to your inventory.

Removal fees are already included in your profit as Amazon charges them.
The app checks Amazon's records for stock that was lost or damaged in its warehouses, customers refunded without sending the item back, and returns damaged by Amazon's carriers, then takes off anything Amazon has already paid. These are leads to check and claim in Seller Central, not guaranteed payments. Amazon only accepts claims for a limited time after each event, so work through the oldest first; check Seller Central Help for the current time limits.

Cash reimbursements are already in your profit. Units Amazon replaced with stock instead of cash go back into your inventory.

Click a column heading to sort. Fees are ex VAT (the VAT on them is reclaimed). Profit is after VAT, Amazon fees and stock cost, but before account charges like storage and subscription, which appear on the Profit tab.
Amazon's own fee lines for one product, for orders Amazon settled in the period above. Compare them with the same order in Seller Central (Payments → Transaction view) to confirm the app's fees.

Checks competitors' prices on Amazon and moves yours to win the Buy Box. It never goes below your floor (from your floor ROI, or your own minimum if higher) or above your maximum, and never drops more than your limit in one change. In Suggest only it shows what it would do without touching your prices.

Monthly business costs outside Amazon, like software, staff, rent or your accountant. Enter them ex VAT if you reclaim the VAT. Each is spread evenly across the days of the month and taken off net profit on the dashboard, from when your Amazon data starts.

Returns, reimbursements, removal orders, lost and damaged stock, and stock age come from Amazon reports that update about once a day.
The app keeps itself up to date automatically. To look further back (6 months, year to date), load your older history from Amazon once. It runs in the background and can take 30–60 minutes for a year.
